1. Where are my books?
You'll find your books on the LIBRARY page.
2. How do I read an eBook?
Just tap on the cover or the READ button of the eBook (with the book icon) you want to read. If you've read if before, it will open at the point you had reached. If it's a new book, it'll open at the beginning.
3. How do I listen to an audiobook?
Tap on the cover or the LISTEN button of an audiobook (with the headphones icon) to start playback of the audiobook.
4. How do I change the appearance of the eBook I'm reading?
When reading an eBook, click the Settings cog wheel in the top right hand corner of the ereader screen. This displays the menu where you can change the font size, font face and colour options to suit your preferences. You can also change to use either scroll mode or paginated mode, and change alignment, page mode, word spacing, line spacing, page margins and line height. After making your required changes, click in the body of the eBook to close the Settings menu .
Please note fixed layout eBooks do not allow changes to appearance settings.
5. Can I send my audiobooks or eBooks to someone else?
No, audiobooks and eBook using this app are copy protected, so you won't be able to send them to others, print them or copy them.
6. How many computers/phones/tablets can I read/listen to my books on?
You can read/listen to your books on up to 6 devices.
7. Can I read/listen to my books using other apps or devices?
No, this isn't possible.
8. Can I read/listen to books bought for other apps or devices on this app?
No, this isn't currently possible.
9. I see strange text when using Safari on Mac. What can I do?
If you see strange or jumbled text in your ebook when using Safari on Mac computers, please make sure your Zoom setting in Safari is set to 'Actual Size'. If you need to increase or decrease th font size to make your reading more comfortable, please use the font size settings inside the ereader.
