1. How do I read my ebook?
In the My purchased ebooks section click the book cover or the DOWNLOAD button of the required book. Then click the cover image of the book in the My Downloads section to open the ebook in the ereader.

2. How do I listen to my audiobook?
In the My purchased audiobooks section click the book cover or the DOWNLOAD button of the required book. Then click the cover image of the book in the My Downloads section to open the audiobook with the audio player controls.

3. How do I scroll through my eBook?
You can use the left and right arrows in the bottom right hand corner of the ereader to scroll through a chapter in your eBook. On some devices, to change chapters you should click the Table of Contents (navigation) icon in the top right of the ereader, and then select the chapter you want to go too. On other devices, the left and right arrows in the bottom of the ereader will allow you to move to the next chapter, or if your device has a touch sensitive screen, you can scroll by swiping the screen.

4. How do I change the appearance of the eBook I'm reading?
In the ereader, you can change theme colours, font size, font displayed, page layout and spacing options by tapping the aA icon at the top of the ereader.

5. Why isn't the text size in my eBook changing?
Some eBooks in Glassboxx are 'fixed layout' which mean the text size and other details of the books are fixed by the publisher and cannot be changed in the ereader.

6. Where are my books?
You'll find your books in MY BOOKS listed under My eBook purchases and My audiobook purchases.

7. My book isn't downloading or opening, what should I do?
If your book isn't downloading or opening please make sure the firewall settings on your PC or laptop are allowing connectings from Glassboxx. Normally these settings are automatically configured during the installation of Glassboxx, but occassionally Windows or macOS may prevent this from happening.

8. In Windows, I get the message from Windows Defender when I open a book 'The Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some of features of this app'. What should I do?
Please click 'Allow access' in order for the app to operate properly.

9. In macOS, I get the message 'Do you want the application Glassboxx.app to accept incoming network connection'. What should I do?
Please click 'Allow' so that the app can download your books.

10. I've bought a subscription for audiobooks and/or eBooks, how do I read/listen to my books?
The audiobooks and/or eBooks linked to your subscription package will appear in your MY BOOKS page. Just tap on the cover of an audiobook or eBook to listen or read it. If/when your subscription ends, the audiobooks and/or eBooks linked to it will disappear from MY BOOKS.

11. I've been given a digital token for an audiobook or eBook, how do I use it to get my book?
Go to https://cart.press.princeton.edu/token and enter the digital token you've been given. After redeeming your token, your book(s) will automatically be added to MY BOOKS.

12. Can I send the audiobooks or eBooks I've bought to someone else?
No, they're all yours. Audiobooks and eBooks on this app are copy protected, so you won't be able to send them to others, print them or copy them.

13. I've getting a new computer, how do I transfer my books to it?
Just re-download this desktop app from the downloads page on the Glassboxx website, glassboxx.co.uk/glassboxx-downloads, then log in with the email address used when you bought your books, and you'll find all your books on the MY BOOKS page.

14. How many phones/tablets/computers can I read/listen to my books on?
You can read/listen to your books on up to 6 devices.

15. Can I read/listen to my books using other apps?
No, this isn't possible.

16. Can I read/listen to books bought for other apps on this app?
No, this isn't currently possible.

17. Hpw do I cancel a subscription?
To cancel a subscription for audiobooks and eBooks, please just send an email with your name and the subscription you want to cancel to puphelp@glassboxx.com.
